Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions: FEDHA NYUKI (“Seller”) warrants to you that if the merchandise sold by Seller, as itemized above, becomes defective within six (6) months of purchase, Seller will repair or replace the merchandise at no charge, subject to the conditions set forth below. This warranty applies only if Seller sold the merchandise and the warranty extends only to the original Purchaser.

If Seller determines that the merchandise satisfies the conditions for warranty coverage under this limited warranty, Seller will, at no charge, repair the merchandise if the merchandise can be repaired, as determined by Seller in its sole discretion. If the merchandise cannot be repaired, Seller will, at no charge, replace the merchandise. If Seller determines that the merchandise cannot be repaired and no replacement is available Seller will replace your defective merchandise with merchandise that, in Seller’s sole determination, is substantially similar to your merchandise. This warranty does not extend to any merchandise that is altered or rebuilt after original purchase, damaged through abuse, misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance. To obtain performance under this warranty, you must return the defective merchandise to the Seller at Seller’s above address within six (6) months of purchase.  

Return Policy: Purchaser has thirty (30) days from the date of this Sales Contract to return the merchandise listed to Purchaser at Purchaser’s address set forth above in their original condition for a full refund of the sales price as shown herein.

Indemnity: Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold Seller harmless of and from any and all claims, demands, costs, (including but not limited to attorney and expert fees) expenses, damages, losses, causes of action or suits for damages arising out of personal injury or death to persons by reason of the merchandise.
